The purpose of this writing, is to circumvent all of the suppositions, innuendos, false information, misinformation, misdirection, the flat out lies from the controlled mainstream media, engaged in the social engineering of America and the World into a slave society, controlled by unelected Corporate Bankers and unelected, for profit Multi-National Corporations, Media Corporations, National & International Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s), Law Firm Corporations posing as Government agencies, Government Service Provider Corporations, bureaucrats that run them and unelected, appointed “Judges” operating Slave Courts over the Slaves, the People at Large.

James Madison said, "We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of all of our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government; upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God." "For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of My Son after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:" - Hebrews 8: 10.
As Madison stated above, "We staked the future of all our American civilization and political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self- government ... " "to sustain ourselves according to the ten Commandments of God."
That is a clear statement from one of the leading founding fathers of the "intent" and "purpose" of the creation of America's Articles of Confederation, Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights.
A statement that explains the how and what we as a Nation should be living by, but are NOT living by those standards, or Statutes, or Customs or Laws, we are living under Jurisdictions FOREIGN to them, as defined in the Declaration of Independence.
In 2020 the People are no longer "equal under the Law" as the ancient "cast system" has been re-established over the People in America, without their knowledge or consent.
As stated on the Cover page of "American Admiralty its Jurisdiction and Practice" (See Exhibit "2", App. Pg. 2 & 3, "The worst Civil Code would be one which should be intended for all nations indiscriminately. The worst Maritime Code, one which should be directed by the special interest and particular influence of the custom of only one people."
What if that "special interest and particular influence" was not "the custom of only one people", what if it was the custom of only one "Corporation or Union".
This book will explain, by whom and how the above statement was accomplished and perpetrated on the American people, both "the worst Civil Code" and "the worst Maritime Code", directed by and under the influence of the custom of only one group of people." Those Civil and Maritime Codes were foisted upon the people without knowledge or consent!
America is clueless as to what has actually taken place in full frontal view, completely out of shear ignorance as stated in the Bible, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." Hosea, Chap. 4, Verse 6, KJV.

The Constitution, Article I, Section 9, Para. 7. "No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no Person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign state."
The original and properly ratified, Titles Of Nobility Amendment (T.O.N.A.), to the Bill of Rights, ratified in 1814-1819, the original 13th Amendment to the Constitution reads as follows: "If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain, any title of nobility or honor, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept or retain any present, pension, office or emolument, of any kind, from any person, King, Prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."
Jefferson warned us: "At the establishment of our Constitution, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of Government. Experience, however, soon showed in what way they work to become the most dangerous...
“...it may be concluded, that where the written laws wholly silent on the subject, the principles and max-ims of the common law must, of necessity, be the rule and guide of judicial decision, in criminal as well as civil cases: to supply the defects of a necessarily imperfect legislation: and to prevent “the will of the judge, that law of tyrants,” being substituted in the room of known and settled rules of law in the administration of justice.”

...in America, there are NO COURTS OF LAW as we are led to believe, but only Administrative Courts of commerce where the People, themselves, are deemed to be commercial “Things”, a “ RES”, an “ Ens Legis” in Debitautis Assumpsit, the assumed enemy Debtor, in actions in REM, convened against the Ens Legis, in Lex Mercatoria, Law of Pirates.

In 2020, for many Americans, the realization that being confined at Home, under 24 hour surveillance by their phones and home appliances, and the expectation from the State to total obedience to Rules, not Law, forced people to wear masks for a non-lethal (to most) cold virus for the common good of humanity, in violation of Rights under Constitutional guarantee, by Officials under Oath to protect those rights, all, the hallmarks of Nazism and Communism, have now become common features of every country in the world, including countries and their people, that once were willing to lay down their lives to defeat the Nazis, and the spread of Communism, in bloody battles to the death, to stop its spread to America and around the Globe.
The Communists goal, now as then, is to eliminate 90% of Global population, eliminate our Constitution, steal our wealth and enslave the remaining population of the world in the chains of economic slavery, under a One World government, One World Religion and One Global Banking system, under Communist control.
In this writing we will cut to the chase and bypass the Subterfuge and expose who the real Hidden Domestic Enemy of America is and how they have seized ultimate control, not only over the United States of America but the World as well.
