Judge - "What is your Name?"

You - "What is the nature of the individual you seek?"

Never answer a question; except with another question.

You - "I'm not here to testify!"

Judge - "Then why are you here?"

You - "The only reason I am here (in the courtroom) is to establish that I am the Beneficiary and you are the Trustee and it's your job to settle and close this case immediately."

You - "Have a good day!" ...and turn around and leave the building.
